1. Model selection

Choose the desired cut and style of your future garment – be it a dress, a suit or a shirt. We will be happy to advise you and take all your wishes into account.

2. Take measurements

We need your individual measurements for precise production. Here you will find an illustrated guide showing which measurements are required and how to take them correctly. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a perfect fit.

3. Selection of materials

We work with you to select the right fabric, accessories and embellishments. We take into account the special features of the model as well as your wishes in terms of color and texture.

4. Order and payment

Once all the details have been agreed, the order is placed. We offer two payment options:

– Full prepayment: You pay the full amount for the order and shipping in advance.

– Partial payment: You pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount, which covers the creation of the pattern, the purchase of materials and accessories, the transfer and part of the manufacturing process. The remaining amount is paid before the finished product is shipped.

5. Manufacture

Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received, our master tailors start work. The production of a tailor-made garment usually takes about 4 weeks. During this time, we make your garment with the utmost care and according to your specifications.

6. Delivery

After completion and full payment, we will organize the shipment of your unique garment to the address you specify.
